Picked while they’re still green, these small, wrinkled fruits mature to a bright red color and can be enjoyed raw, grilled, pan-fried, or dried. A great choice for both seasoned gardeners and beginners alike, Shishito Pepper can be grown in containers or placed in rows and will reach an average height of 24 inches with a spread of 18 inches.
