Once your design is finalized, we coordinate the people, materials and moving parts required to bring it to life. When a project calls for specialized construction, we work with trusted partners and manage their involvement within the overall project.

Your designer remains involved throughout the process, providing continuity from the first conversation through installation.

At project completion, we’ll provide guidance on caring for your new landscape and plantings (if applicable) so you understand what your new space needs as it grows and matures.

Outdoor living is an important part of what we do. We can design and install individual elements or create a complete outdoor living space incorporating multiple features throughout the space.

We can design the outdoor space surrounding your pool and coordinate with your pool company to help create one cohesive backyard plan. Our team has extensive experience partnering with pool companies to complement their work and bring your vision to life.

Professional design is at the heart of our process. Your Platt Hill Landscape designer visits your home, develops your plan and remains involved throughout the project. A reasonable design fee is typically applied based on the scope of your project.

When a design includes specialized structures or construction, we work with local trusted professional partners and coordinate their work within the overall project.

Our specialty is residential design and installation rather than ongoing maintenance. At the completion of your project, we’ll provide guidance for caring for your new landscape and plantings, but we do not offer ongoing maintenance. If you are an existing client, we do offer spring and fall cleanups to help keep your project beautiful.

Earlier than you might think! Design and planning can happen throughout the year. Starting in the fall or winter can help everyone get ahead of the busy April-October installation season. However, our design team is happy to meet you year-round!

Yes, please follow up with your designer for warranty information. Common warranties include:

• 5 Years for any hardscape (i.e. stone, masonry, pavers)
• 3 Years for lighting
• 2 Years for shrubs and trees
• 1 Year for perennials, roses, vines, grasses, small fruit trees and groundcover.
• 1 Year for drainage
