The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has dark green deciduous foliage. The glossy oval compound leaves do not develop any appreciable fall color. The fruits are showy red hips displayed in late fall.
Red Drift Rose, a fast-growing rose that is perfect for the home or garden. This shrub grows to be about 12 inches tall at maturity with a spread of 18 inches. It tends to fill out right to the ground, making it a great choice for smaller spaces, and can be expected to live for approximately 20 years under ideal conditions. Red Drift® Rose is best grown in full sunlight and does well in average to evenly moist conditions, but is not particular as to soil type or pH.
