Platt Hill Nursery’s Patio Tomato is a beautiful and versatile variety perfect for container gardens and small spaces. It produces an abundance of bright red fruit that is sweet and firm and great for children to snack on, salads, fresh eating and shish-kebabs. It is also disease resistant and requires staking or caging. Patio Tomato is an annual vegetable plant with small red round tomatoes that are usually ready for picking from mid to late summer. These fruits have a sweet taste and a firm texture and can be used for fresh eating, cooking, canning and more. The plants will reach 24 inches in height and width and should be spaced 24 inches apart when planted in rows.
