The Little Lime Hydrangea blooms similarly to other Hydrangeas, providing long-lasting blooms from July-September and sometimes longer. Its lime green cone-shaped flower heads are unique and contrasting in all landscapes.
The Little Lime® Panicle Hydrangea performs best in full sun (4 or more hours), with watering once or twice a week until established. This plant must be pruned yearly to keep a dense, full-looking bush. Plant with One Step Organic compost to help deal with the harsh Chicago clay soils.
This plant is an excellent addition to any Chicago area landscape with plenty of long-lasting, low-maintenance color.
