$12.99

Allium Millenium is a beautiful and impressive ornamental onion that produces clusters of lilac-purple flowers in mid-summer. The flowers are excellent for cutting, and the leaves remain dark green throughout the season. It is a relatively low-maintenance plant, and should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season's flowers. Allium Millenium is a bright, bold-colored onion that will add color and interest to your garden or container. This perennial grows about 12 inches tall at maturity, with a spread of 15 inches. It tolerates average to evenly moist conditions but will also do well in dry climates. This variety is an interspecific hybrid and can be propagated by multiplication of the underground bulbs.
