Gardening is something we can all enjoy no matter what skill level. We offer seminars in several different areas of gardening. We look forward having you visit us for some of these great events. We also offer private seminars for garden groups and clubs. Please contact either store for more details on scheduling a private seminar.
Hummingbird & Butterfly Gardening

Learn about the plants that will transform your yard a butterfly and hummingbird sanctuary.
Shady Area Gardening
June 15th - 10 a.m.
Shadier parts of the garden can be a bit trickier to find plants for, but there is a whole pallet of wonderful specimens that will bring beauty to the shadowed parts of your garden. It's a great way to find plants that will thrive in your exposure, and accent one another to create a garden masterpiece in your yard. Learn how to use shade friendly annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees together. Get your garden gloves ready and bring lots of questions!
Outdoor Fairy Gardens

We will be demonstrating how to make an outdoor fairy garden using different annual and perennial plants. There is no fee, but please call and reserve a spot because space is limited.
Hydrangeas For Your Home

Hydrangeas are the spirit of the summer and are the most prolific blooming plants. We will take a look at the different types of hydrangea, their uses, and how to care for these beautiful plants.
Loving Your Lawn

Hot, dry summers can wreak havoc on lawns leaving them dry, thin, and spotty. Learn how to help rejuvenate your stressed and struggling lawn. Come in and learn about seed, fertilizing, watering and aeration. Get your lawn back to looking its best and make sure its greener than "the other side"!
